Based on the Filmation series "The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse and Heckle & Jeckle" (1979). This film had a limited theatrical release as a matinee movie. It was released on VHS by Children's Video Library and Vestron Video. It's been out-of-print since with no official DVD release in sight. Sorry about the quality. It's taped off my TV.
